This policy explains what WarV HQ (https://warvhq.com) collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and login details.
- Game data: your WarV UID, username, stats, clan, and name history, synced from the game server.
- Content you submit: profile bio, reports, appeals, staff applications, and support tickets.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use it
To run your account, link it to your game profile, show leaderboards and profiles, handle reports and appeals, and keep the community safe.
Who sees it
- Public profiles and stats are visible to anyone unless you set your profile to private.
- Reports, appeals, applications, and tickets are visible only to you and authorized staff.
- Staff actions are audit-logged.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, change visibility, manage notifications, and unlink your game account in Settings. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact support.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for moderation records (such as bans and audit logs).
Children
WarV is not directed to children under 13.
